Knowledge-unit-linking Network System Based On Web2.0

Knowledge is definitely one of the main wealth of enterprise, and knowledge management becomes an important part of the enterprise management. But there are less efficient methods of knowledge management. Usually knowledge management is just a simple model of document management, ignoring excavation and management of the knowledge content and the employee's tacit knowledge.With the number of Web2.0 sites enhancing user experience and attracting users to share and create contents, the Web2.0 technology gains a great success, and Web2.0 ideas are gradually applied to the business management, such as the summit of developing the management software enterprise 2.0 in the western developed countries. At the same time, the granularity of knowledge organization and management is more refined, such as the knowledge unit theory on which the research has recently been impressive. But there are fewer attempts in the application of knowledge unit theory. Therefore, to resolve the problems in establishing the knowledge unit and knowledge unit linking system, the Web2.0 technology and the model of knowledge unit linking network are combined to search on the method of co-building the knowledge-unit-linking network by using knowledge-unit-linking network based on the Web2.0. The national 863 project and the important technical project are the background of research.In the first chapter, the research situation of the methods of knowledge organization is introduced based on which the knowledge-unit as well as knowledge-unit-linking theory is selected as the basis of building the knowledge management system. And then the situation of the rising of Web2.0 theory and method and widely used Web2.0 methods are described. Finally the contents and structure of this article are introduced.In chapterⅡ, the knowledge unit and knowledge-unit-linking theory is researched and the methods of constructing the knowledge-unit-linking network are analyzed. Based on the knowledge unit and knowledge-unit-linking theory, a totally new model of enterprise knowledge management is designed assisted by the Web2.0 collaborative creation, the public evaluation and the visual navigation management.In chapterⅢ, from the views of the work flow, process models, and data flow the knowledge integration platform, knowledge platform for the collaborative work and visual navigation and management model are introduced. Finally the plans for each module design are presented in detail.In chapterⅣ, the techniques about system framework, information collection, front-end design, information management and visualization techniques are simply introduced and then the design of the knowledge integration model, knowledge collaboration platform and visual navigation model are analyzed and described in detail.In chapterⅤ, the daily work processes are demonstrated in a well-known domestic auto parts manufacturer, which is the research object.In chapterⅥ, the research work is summarized and the further improvement is discussed. Finally, some issues required further study are put forward.This system has been running in the enterprise for more than six months with excellent performance.
