With the promotion of new health care reform,the hospital information construction becomes an important direction of the medical and health industries.The traditional hospital informatization mode cannot flexibly and effectively deal with the increasing medical and health service demand from the people.In addition,the architecture design and management mode of traditional information cannot adapt to the developing requirement of the current digital hospital construction.The core technology of cloud computing can be applied to the hospital informatization construction.Then,it can achieve the overall platform deployment,centralized resource management,software and hardware allocation according to the demands.Consequently,it can satisfy the practical application requirement of reliability,expandability,high availability,safety,on-demand service etc.Eventually,the hospital informatization service level can be markedly improved.The objective for this paper is researching the application of core technology for cloud computing in the hospital informatization.Combining the cloud architecture with hospital information system,a platform management idea called uniform operation management is proposed in this paper.In order to improve the resource utilization,the virtualization technology is employed to construct the basal information platform.In addition,the clustering management software Pacemaker and load balance HAProxy is used in this paper,which can achieve a high available platform.Then,it can guarantee the uninterrupted all-weather service mode for the hospitals.Accordingly,the transition from the traditional hospital informatization construction to the new hospital informatization sevice mode can be achieved.Firstly,the necessity situation of traditional hospital informatization construction is referred in this paper.Meanwhile,the stovepipe deployment patterns are also the urgent issues to tackle.Then,an analysis about the cloud computing applied in domestic and international medical industry is given.A detailed analysis about the application advantages of core technology and architecture for cloud computing in the process of hospital informatization construction is also given.Furthermore,the open source cloud computing platform,OpenStack,is introduced in detail.Secondly,this paper design an operation management platform based on Webusing open source platform and extensible deployment.Thus,the performence and utilization of resources can be improved while the construction and maintenance cost for IaaS platform reduced.In order to satisfy the hospital private cloud platform design characterized with expandability,high stability and high availability,the multi-nodes and high available architecture design based on OpenStack is proposed.Finally,by deploying for the multi-nodes open source cloud platform based OpenStack,activate the operation management platform based Web and achieve the high availability of computing,network,storage,RabbitMQ and database.Then,the function and availability tests for the hospital private cloud platform are also given.The research for this paper is an attempt to apply the cloud computing to hospital informatization.It changes the construction mode for traditional hospital informatization.The private cloud platform with high expandability and availability is deployed.Furthermore,it also provides the large-scale deploy of hospital private cloud platform with the valuable experience.
