Research On Collaborative Management Of Shaanxi Radio And TV Network Operation System

Broadcast television is to appear early modernization in China informationcommunication, telephones, computer networks than can be said to have started earlier,broader network coverage, information delivery advantages. Through long-term development,has become an integral part of public life, especially in the last ten years, the rapiddevelopment of electronic technology, radio and television programs view, variouscommunication technology with each passing day, radio and TV network services from asingle broadcast mode of development as a set of broadcast, on demand, as one of the manypatterns of the data service. Faced with increasingly complex information technology and theconsumer groups, radio and television group (broadcasting) operating system and service modeof the need for reform in order to adapt to the competitive market environment, so building aradio and TV network operation model management system is very necessary.First of all, this article from an objective perspective of the current major networksbusiness operators (Telecom) development, and through the use of telecommunicationsmanagement system works analysis out radio and TV networks to build their own operationmanagement system should draw lessons from Telecom operation support system inconstruction of experience and lessons learned in the process. And then draw on principles ofTelecom operation support system, and combining the character of the television industrybusiness, on the basis of collaborative management to come up with radio and TV businessoperation support system (Boss) that make up the model and related design requirements.To study the practical application of the system, this article traces the Shaanxi radio andTV network business operation support system using process of the implementation processand part of the business Hall, summed up in the implementation process of the constructionmethod, and through the use of several key features in the system description, explain themethod of synergy among the various functional modules.Finally this article summarizes the system in use in some of the problems and weaknesses,and recommend appropriate solutions, to refine and improve the system to make a modestforce.Practical application of this article to the project for instance, my working experience,from a practical, easy to understand description in terms of modern management mode inmodern enterprise and collaborative methods, research is no longer bitter is difficult tounderstand the theory, more attention to the actual application.
