Research And Implementation Of Learning Workflow System Based On Information Environment

Innovation is the power for the sustainable development of society and company.So society and company pay more attention to the cultivation of innovative composite talent. Innovative talents not only have to master the basic theoretical knowledge, but also must have the ability to use information technology, the ability to control network resources, the ability to analyzing and solving problem, and teamwork abilities. Abroad, this change Qualifications spawned new teaching mode, such as "reversal classroom". At present, domestic, most universities still use the traditional teaching model. It is contrary to the laws of cognition, cannot meet the demand for quality talent. Therefore, there must be a big revolution for educational philosophy, teaching mode and teaching environment.The scientific way to solve these problems is to recognize education as a kind of service. Then we can combine the three Elements of service (content, process and environment) to design the educational service based on system concept of education and Services Engineering Theory. And then, use IT method to supporting, distributing, organizing and storing such educational service productsBased on this perspective, this article, firstly, study the features of innovative talents and get the learning requirements and learning characteristics of them. Then find the most suitable combination of teaching mode according to the Comparative analysis of those different kinds of teaching mode based on Information environment. Then design the teaching business system which can match the teaching mode according to Instructional design theory. And then, using business process modeling method, dig out those core teaching process models. Finally, using distributed workflow technology to implement those teaching process models. Then combine workflow system and teaching resources by using the process resource configuration method to build workflow technology system that can support teaching business system.This teaching system had been used in a teaching project called "freshman class guide of MEM" in Tsinghua University. The results prove that this kind of teaching program based on distributed learning workflow is feasible.
