In an enterprise, the information management is larger and larger nowadays, and the same situation occurs on the data types. The work flow of personnel management is also clear, the social division of labor is more and more particular. In order to increase the efficiency of personnel management, it is meaningful to design a set of personnel management system.The system is developed by ASP with SQL Server2000 supported. Possess the daily transaction processing function of the human resources administrative department of enterprises. The paper analyzes the workflows of the personnel management firstly and designs the corresponding functions of the system according to the analysis. Then a detailed description of each module is made, such as the user logging-in module, message board module, personnel information release module, system setting module, employee management module, employee self-help module and operations record module etc. Finally some experiences is summarized in the system development and testing.
