M college is a college which have the old school history more than 70 years.Now is a higher vocational college which is subordinate to the Mian Yang People's governments.It has been ratified to be the national demonstration higher vocational college by ministry of education and treasury of China. As college scale expands unceasingly, many aspects just like eidos,characteristic,pattern are much more mature than before.But we found that the information level of the Human resources management is low, especially it is embodied in the development and application about the MIS of introduction and training management of Double-quality teachers.The SSZ-YP (introduction and training of Double-quality teachers) management information system is borned in this background.In the system planning phase, according to document collection, the civil and foreign research status are analyzed and concluded.The modeand problems about the introduction and training management of Double-quality teachers of M college had been objective evaluated.In the system planning phase, the target,content and methods of the planning had been confirmed clearly.According to preliminary survey and the feasibility analysis about technology, economic, organization, We decide to use the standard MIS development steps just like planning, analyse, designing, implement and so on. We clear the needs of users about functional and non-functional.During the analysis phase,we use the hierarchical block diagrams for the functional demand modeling,organizational structure analysis,holistic business process.Apply the object-oriented method,we use the Unified modeling language–Rational Rose,to complete the demand analysis,use the Use Case Diagram to display the system needs and goals.In the system design phase,UML, Microsoft Visual Studio. Net 2008 and ASP.Net technology has been chosen to develop and design.We chose JAVA language to compile the code.From Using Rational Rose,we can achieve the devise of class by Class Diagram.,further database design has been realized .The Sequnece Diagram is used to describe business process between the user or other objects. In the system implementation phase, the key emphasis in work is the devise and implementation of physical system, program designing, system testing, personnel training, System transformation, system evaluation,and so on.The purpose, significance,innovation of the system had been also introduced in this dissertation. Project management through the thought,the research results will be applied to the teaching management of M college.,improve status, regulating the operation.It will be helped M college to be the little college what is scientific, informatization, systematization in this aspect.It can enhance strength of college, improve the teaching quality, promote long-term development,cultivating excellent talents for society.
