Since the reform and opening up, China's economy develop rapidly. China's securities companies have made a positive contribution along the ten years. But the securities company's business ideas do not change to the buyer's market. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the financial products and securities services from the customer's point of view, and research customer satisfaction evaluation system.The paper designed and implemented the customer satisfaction measurement system of CJIS based on customer satisfaction assessment theory, database technology, Java EE programming technology and unified modeling language. The paper analyzed the current customer satisfaction evaluation index based on customer satisfaction assessment theory and designed the customer satisfaction assessment model based on China customer satisfaction index model. The paper analyzed the system requirement based on use case model of UML. The paper chose the development and deployment based on the deployment environment. The paper designed the system function structure based on the requirement. The paper explained the system's design process based on flow chart and E-R chart. The paper designed the friendly interface and realized user login, customer information maintenance, item management, system user information maintenance and database maintenance module based on database technology and Java EE technique.The operation results show that the system can be applied to collect the satisfaction for financial products and services of user, which can help company get the client's needs, find the problems which are existed in the products or services. The system is significance to improve the company's competitiveness to some extent.
