| The securities company proxy-sale bank's financial products system is based on bank wealth-management product management system, bank wealth-management product underwriting system of securities companies take bank third-party custodian system as a channel to sell wealth-management products. The positioning of the system is to help customer to complete transactions including opening or cancelling an account, subscription, purchasing, redemption, revocation, enquiry and others under a real-time exchange model.This thesis specifically analyzes the requirements of the underwriting system and fully considered the existing circumstances and future developing plan of securities companies and bank-related application systems. The underwriting system satisfy the current requirements and also lay a basis for future open wealth-management underwriting platform. This thesis gave a comprehensive description to the requirements for system, analyzed the system designing objective, outlined the whole process of designing database and transaction completion, and the several important tests and results during the designing period.Based on developing theory of information management system, the system was developed under leading Microsoft.NET platform with considering of real business requirements by security companies. The front end was designed by C# and database of back end was adopted with SQL Server 2005. This information management system was also developed after a series of work such as systematic analysis, platform structuring, database designing, system overall designing and function modeling designing. It gives securities companies fully support to sell bank financial product. |
