Zigong Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. Cadres Of Management Information Systems Design And Realization

With the increasing popularity of internet technology, it is the irresistible trend for enterprises to informationize daily management work of human resources. Based on careful analysis on humane resources work, Zigong Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the group) found that there are a lot of repetitive work and island of information, the management process is not standard and the voice of requiring just, fair and open carder management work is becoming stronger.The group takes"increasing work efficiency while keeping organization harmony so as to achieve sustainable development"as its goal of improving human resources work. It plans to design a carder management information system in line with its own management mode by means of advanced computer networks technology.In light of large geological span of affiliated enterprises, complicated personnel structure and a lot of management levels in the group, we study the excellent management theories from home and abroad and learn the proven effective methods from advanced companies. In strict accordance with the requirements from State Grid Corporation of China,we use modern enterprise standardization theory and advanced international management standard to work out the pragmatic Implementation Measures of Carder Management Evaluation. In order to informationize the carder construction, based on my experiences of over ten years in humane resources, I take Implementation Measures of Carder Management Evaluation as the standard and design the Carder Information Management System of Zigong Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. The system covers the various aspects of carder management, which mainly involves carder information management, leader management, appointment and dismisses management as well as carders supervision management. Meanwhile, index code and flow control meet the requirement of State Grid Corporation of China so as to guarantee the vertical information exchange, horizontal coordination, reasonable work flow, distinct management interface and reasonable allocation of resources. Through on-line test and daily application of the system, the group not only strengthens efficiency and quality of carder management but also realizes the informatization, standardization and flow control of management, thus providing detailed carder information and accurate decision-making basis to leaders.
