The traditional software techniques were applied in the system development based on the Web, which seemed to lack the ability to do more, but the .NET framework provides a new terrace where the Web application system will be developed, the technique methods which are carried out by the terrace make the efficiency of the system development greater than before , and the later maintenance becomes easier.The thesis designs and realizes the Campus-Wide Information Systems based on B/S for the school where the author work. The development of the information systems adopt the techniques based on .NET which was made by the Microsoft company, this thesis has a analysis and discussion on some techniques which have relation to it such as Web Service,ASP.NET,ADO.NET and XML data management and so on.During the information system is used, the system will have a user verifying, this thesis has a analysis and design on the verifying arithmetic, putting forward the verifying mechanism based on role.
