Design And Realize Of Integrated Network Management System For Sichuan Unicom

New challenge is brought up for administration of networks since communication network is becoming much more complicated and network appliances are becoming more diversified. According to actuality of administration of networks of China Unicom , Sichuan Unicom set up the special project to solve this problem. The purpose of project is to integrate the present isolated specialty networks into a Integrated network management system which is all-functioned and prospective.This paper mostly is to analyze the actuality of the present network in aspect of failure management, function management ,resource management and process management in GSM operating network and transmission network run by Sichuan Unicom .According to this demand , new Integrated network management function is designed. New design come down to all levels of management, network technique operating, including all departments of headquarter, province corporations and city corporations. And the network failure management, performance management, resources management and process management, etc. of technique operating department. This Integrated management design adopt middle-software which is based on CORBRA and such techniques as J2EE, Message Alignment, XML are integrated. All of these not only reform the present specialty network management better to realize all kinds of applications ,but also act as a perfect base to make it easy to add others applications.
