Design And Realize Of Integrated Network Management System For Sichuan Unicom Mobile Network

New challenge is being raised onto the NMS as the tele-reformation development goes continuously and the competition of the cell-phone market become more fircely.So aiming at the actuality of mobile network management,Sichuan Unicom setup a new project to solve the problem according to the head Unicorn's general planning.The target of the project's construction is to provide a full and integrative mobile service NMS which reflects the key index of the network running condition swiftly and exactly,make the NMS manager adjust and optimize the mobile network constantly and duly with the running condition of the network,also enhance the capability of the network service.With the arrangement of our company,the author participate part of the project,including investigation and researchment of the requirement,analyse of the requirement,design of the project and the implement.In this article,mainly described the network management and resource management of GSM system which is running by Sichuan Unicom.Also analized the actual condition of the existing system in maintenance part. Function of the integrative NMS was devised in the light of the requirement.Design of the system involved all managemantal levels,operating level of network technology,the content including all managing department of head Unicom,provincial branch,municipal branch.also including network managenment,resource managenment and running maintenance and analyse of the provincial maintenance and execution unit.the design of the integrative adopted the inter-bus technology based on COBRA,combination with J2EE,message alignment and XML technology.The whole system could meet many sorts of requirement after integrating existing network.The system itself has a fine framework and add new function conveniencely and quickly.
