Research And Implementation Of Oa Workflow Technology Based On Asp.net

The technology of information develops rapidly since 21 century. The trade of information appears in every area. The level of information of college also rises rapidly. More and more attention is paid to the Office Automation, and the advanced work flow technology is the core of present OA. In order to raise the operating efficiency between different departments of college, enhance the ability to cooperate office work and raise the level of whole work, it is necessary to introduce the work flow technology to the OA of college.At first, we analyse the character target and method of college information development, then discuss and analyse the basic theory method and product of work flow management system, the important thing is to improve the flexibility of work flow manage system, analyse and discuss the building of work flow, dynamic modification, work flow control, implementation of work flow engine and the application of work flow management system in the college OA.The main study content including:1. Expounding the conception, present situation, tendency of OA, discussing deeply the new technology applied in Office Automation, and at the same time analysing the characters of Office Automation.2. Totally expounding and discussing the technology of work flow analysing the present situation and development direction, and pointing out the present deficiency of work flow.3. Raising a new programme of work flow engine based on Net technology, and realizing its basic function.4. Using ASP.NET technology to develop college OA system based on Web, applying work flow technology to the system, and realizing the basic function of OA in work flow management system.By applying the technology work flow to OA system, it can improve the ability to handle OA system, improve the flexibility of handling the system, and enhancing the work ability to cooperate.
