This thesis expounds I participated in a human resources management system, companies are the human resources management institution from the traditional human management change in modern human resource management, to support the development of a set of HR change Human Resource Management System. I am responsible for one of several systems, including the interface with the SAP system, and attendance system interface, human resources portal, overtime system, leave system . First introduce building systems need to adopt key technologies of the advantages and disadvantages.Next,the detailed requirement analysis , including functional requirements and non-functional requirements, Functional requirements described in detail the functions of the system will be achieved, a detailed description of non-functional requirements of the system beyond the needs of functional requirements, such as: the requirements on system performance. Requirements analysis is complete description of the system design, including application architecture design, hardware architecture design, logical database design, interface design, functional design, On the basis of the detailed design and implementation in the refining the overall design, including detailed database physical design and functional design. Finally describe the system of testing, including functional testing and non-functional testing. After testing, the system will be deployed in Production environment.Through this system, a complete set of structures for the enterprise human resources management system, human resource management enables enterprises realize the electronic office, the system management of the employees leaving from the entry to the entire professional career, or retire. The System provide employees a convenient, another to reduce the workload of the human resource department staff, and improve efficiency.
