In today's buyer's market, customer has become one of the keys to many successful companies and resource of profits. Establishing the service marketing systems can promote the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Now, service marketing is the important way to company competition. Therefore, Implementation of the service marketing strategy is urgently for the construction machinery sales enterprises. It is the need for the flexible packaging enterprises long-term development to implement service-marketing strategy. Also it is an inevitable result of the development of the market competition.This paper as an application research, the purpose is to put the advanced service marketing theory into practice in construction machinery sales enterprises by using the Technology of management information system. And do some profitable explore to establish service marketing strategy and design Business-level MIS for the construction machinery sales enterprises in the future.The main results are as follows:1.Based on the service marketing theory, the characteristic of the construction machinery equipment marketing is studied systematically. Many problems exist in the traditional model are also figured out. In addition, the anticipation of industry development trend is forecasted.2.Combined with the current situation and anticipation of industry development trend, the construction equipment service marketing strategy is brought forward.①Consummating Service Marketing System, focus on the satisfaction of the customer;②Standardizing the services marketing process and marketing management;③Achieving internal marketing, established service marketing assess system;④Constructing companies' own brands by the differentiated services.3. According to the construction equipment service marketing strategy and the management is designed. The corresponding business process flow chart of the key features of the module (customer management module, staff appraisal module) is established, which is designed and programed.At the end of the dissertation paper, the prototype system and the directions of future research are summarized.It's great expectation to help services marketing practice of construction machinery sales companies.
