In recent years, construction machinery factory was not able to get healthy competition environment only by offering low price products. To improve the competitiveness to products, excellent after sale service has become a key to improve the competitiveness of the product, and companies must improve service quality. Especially, in the age of high-speed railway economy, railway construction machinery need a professional, high efficiency and large scale task for track maintenance. Among them, the after-sales service requirements of railway construction machinery products are higher, to make that the after-sales service of railway construction machinery can collaboratively work among multi users and share data among multi systems. Therefore, promoting informationization of after sale service in railway construction machinery can be good stimulus to improve service efficiency and quality of service itself.Based on the after sell service business of KMTJ company, the operational characteristics of railway large-scale road maintenance machinery and the company’s business problems for customers, this thesis offers a way to establish a cooperative process of after-sales service to further enhance the level and quality of service. This thesis will be divided into the following four parts:(1) This thesis firstly analyzes the current research background and significance of construction machinery sales service system and discusses the data integration technology at home and abroad. This thesis is based on the KMTJ company’s service business. Firstly, it analyzes the company’s business background and characteristics of railway construction machinery industry and then it points out the problems and the way of improving at present. According to the above, this thesis proposes the application of environmental requirements and cooperative business process needs and data sharing requirements.(2) On the basis of the requirement analysis, the thesis offers an overall design to the after service of the mechanical engineering to the railway system. This thesis respectively proposes overall solution and describes the system function modules design, as well as the design of the system database, including conceptual model for database design, database logic model design and database table design.(3) In this thesis, several different kinds of data integration technology will be analyzed. Their advantages and disadvantages will also be pointed out. In the end, the middle database technology and dblink (Database Link) technology will be recognized as the key technology of the data integration system. The overall solution of these two technologies and will finally be designed and the way of achieving the two programs’system function will be determined.(4) The last chapter will finish the development and implementation of the after sale service system faced to the railway construction machinery. It also makes the data sharing possible between this system and existing systems. At the same time, it tests the feasibility of this design.
