Design And Implementation Of Sales Management Information System Of Construction Machinery

At present, the SG company (in Jinyang New District of Guiyang, GuizhouProvince) has used a manual management to sell its construction machinery products,and its16sales centers and headquarters in China are corresponding by telephone andE-mail. Therfore, the SG company gets no effective way to manage and analyze itsorder information and customer relationship, which does no good to the SG company’sdevelopment.Aiming at the SG Company’s sales management and internal informationconstruction, this thesis studies on its design and implementation of sales managementsystem by J2EE technique and SOA technology. Studies and achievements are mainly inthe following several aspects.The SG company gets the informationization of oreder management and customerinformation management with J2EE technique and SOA technology, which leads to costreduction of sales management. SOA technology makes the data interaction salesmanagement system and ERP system, so as to improve the information sharing in SGcompany internal information systems. For SG’s system performance, establishingdatabase index can improve the effectiveness of customer operation. And for security,data backup and data recovery would improve the security of the data in the system.A test on the sales management information system of SG company indicates thatthe sales management information system studied in the thesis has a completed function,better performance, and strong security, which can satisfy the daily management of SGcompany construction machinery sales.
