Study On The Equipment And Sales Management Of Production Management Information System Of Hydraulic Fittings For Engineering Machinery

With the development of modern science and technology, human society has been fromthe mechanical era into the information age, the ERP system as a product of the informationage, has become an essential tool of enterprise information, reignited the debate aboutmanagement ideas and management techniques of enterprises around the world. In theprocess of modern business operations, each ERP management information system consistsof several subsystems that support business operations. Equipment management and salesmanagement to enterprise management is increasingly important. Equipment managementis the part to support the normal operation of the production. Sales management is anindispensable link of enterprises achieve profits. The content of this dissertation is toconduct research and design of sales management and equipment management subsystem inShandong Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Construction Machinery Management InformationSystem. The main research contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Detailed description of the management status of the Shandong Jincheng HongdaMachinery Co.Ltd. To analyze the key elements in the equipment management and salesmanagement processes. and on this basis to improve, worked out the company’s businessprocesses and build the system architecture.(2) Research and design of the functional modules of the subsystems of equipmentmanagement and sales management subsystem. Design the connection diagram between thevarious sub-systems data flow diagrams and subsystems based on improved corporategovernance process, on this basis, conduct a detailed study and design for the allocation offunctions of each module.(3) Combined with the company’s actual data, this section analyze the programs andprocedures of establishment of a database. From the requirements for the database, theconcept of structural design, the logical structure of the design and table design four aspectsto design database. Main contents include the establishment of a database required datadictionary, ER diagram, the relationship between model and data base table.(4) Combined with the layout of company plant, analyze the connection between thedatabase and the client network layout programs, network structure design, choose the hardware configuration and software configuration for the system is running. On the basisof network system implementation completed on the database connection settings.(5) Detailed description of the implementation of the sales management and equipmentmanagement subsystem function interface.
