Office automation, referred to as OA, is the automation of office information processing. It uses of advanced technology, makes a variety of office operations and gradually from a variety of equipment, various human-machine information system to assist in the completion, to take full advantage of information, raise work efficiency to improve productivity purposes.Based on the company's own internal management and business development needs, this paper developed an office automation system.The system uses the combination of structured and prototyping system development methodology. The whole system is divided into overall system design and user login and registration as a user authentication module, used as a system administrator to manage the information of the staff workers in the information management module, used for the current logged-on user to manage their personal address book Contacts module, used for the current logged-on user to manage their own schedule module, used for the current logged-on user logs on to manage their own work the work of the log module, used for the system among the various users to send SMS messages management module, as a system administrator to manage the conference and general meeting of a user to view meeting information management module.This paper focuses on the development of this subject of the background and development process, and highlighted the development and design ideas, technical problems and solutions. The system for the management of corporate documents, from the simple, beautiful interface, flexible and practical user requirements proceed through the actual needs analysis, using C #. NET technologies and SQL Server2000 database management system as a tool for development. At last, the project has developed over into the experience, insights and gains of the project made a conclusion and made the system work to be further improved.
