Design And Implementation Of University Office Automation System

With the development of computer technology and the rapid popularization of the network application, the information construction developed rapidly in all kinds of careers. As the rapid development of higher education in our country, to propel the information construction is a inevitable tendency of the information technology developed and widely used in the field of education. Meanwhile, it is also a important measure to improve the office efficiency and teaching quality.In this paper, according to the actual needs of Shijiazhuang Medical College, it analyzes the current research status of the automatic system at home and abroad, designs and develops a set of office automation system, provides the system general framework and function model, carries on the system detailed design. Based on the software engineering theory, this system uses JSP technology and SQL server database technology to achieve the system developed. After testing, this system works well, attaining expect. It can realize the receiving and sending file management, the document management, the personal information management, the views management functions and so on.This system realizes network office automation of the college. It can reduce the current file processing’s stress in our school, and make the information communication unobstructed. It also save the cost of the material, human, financial resources and time consumption, as well improve greatly the work efficiency and modern management.
