The Party And Government Cadres Personality Assessment System Design And Development

In the assessment and appointment of party and government leader cadres, we should not only select the most appropriate cadre for every position, but also find the appropriate position for every cadre, so that cadres'wisdom and ability are brought into the fullest play at work. To achieve this, it is important to test personality of cadres, besides ideological and political character, knowledge, professionalism and health.With the development of information technology, evaluating talented quality through computer software system has become a trend. In recent years, various evaluating systems have emerged in our country. In this paper, according to my own experiences over these years and the relationship of post competency and personality of cadres.,"evaluating system of personality of political and party leader cadre for the organization departments of Dongying city party committees"was designed and developed .The main achievements of this thesis can be summarized as follows:1. Based on collecting, collating and analyzing historical data, it was researched and analyzed that deferent personality of cadres in psychological terms, then select the accurate information, and build the system model. Finally all the 15 dimensions are chose, that is, extraversion, enthusiasm, consistency, flexibility, impulsiveness, adaptability, innovativeness, achievement, persistence, independence, guidance, coordination, sociability, sensibility, alertness.2. Analysis and acknowledgement on system demandAfter building the system model, perform analysis and acknowledgement on system requirement was done according to the business demand of the organization departments.3. Design and development of systemAccording to the system requirement and features, system design and detail design on the principle of safe, reliable and utility was worked. Then the reasoning mechanism was built, and realized the system through VB 6.0 and Access database.4. Testing of systemBased on software engineering processes, unit testing, integration testing and system testing has been done. After that, 160 students have been tested, and generated data report forms. Finally through comparing with themselves, results approximation meets the requirement of design.Since the system was put to use, we have tested 500 students. Through exchanges and deep conversation with the tested students, we find that the results agree well with the practical situation with conformity up to 95%. This provides important reference and basis for selecting and appointing cadres.
