Personality evaluation system can be used to measure the tendency of people’s behavior and emotion in a particular environment, and it plays a very important roll in the auxiliary tool which is uesed by more and more enterprises in testing interviewees during the recruitment. However, professional evaluation software generally have copyright protection and cost a lot. There are also problems like homogeneity, weakness in both professionality and pertinence, existing in the evaluation software purchased by large enterprises.Takeing the above-mentioned problems as a starting point, this thesis analyzes the evaluation market and the application value of the evaluation system. Business requirements of the system are defined mainly for the enterprise application. After the transformation from business requirements to function requirements, the main functional modules of the evaluation system are analyzed and designed by the UML (Unified Modeling Language), the process and framework of the evaluation system being sorted out meanwhile. As the main module, the evaluation module implements the main evalutaing function of the evaluation system and the research and design of this module is both the important and the difficult part. The user information management module is mainly designed for enterprise application. With the launch of evaluation activities and the accumulation of staff’s evaluation information, a database of employee’s personality is established and improved. Career information management module plays a novel and outstanding role in this system. Certain occupations or work positions are able to be analyzed with the accumulation of the employee’s personality information, so that the new employees can quickly and accurately locate their occupation or work position through the evaluation test. In this project, the author independently accomplished most of the research and design of the evaluation model and finished the assessment module, user information management module and career database management module. And a lot of study about the evaluation theory and evaluating market research have been done in the preparation stage.Some datum of real users are collected in this system’s beta version and by which the reliability and validity of the evaluation system are proved statistically, as well as the evaluation model. The system is developed not only for the enterprise’s recruitment but also has certain reference value in the employment guidance for graduates, providing quantitative reference standards for them.
