With the economic development and social progress in the past decades,software has gradually entered all industraies in society.Most of the company's work is based on software products.Software has become an indispensable infrastructure for social and economic development.People also pay more and more attention to the quality of software.China's software testing industry is still in its infancy.For most software centers,the test department is not the core department.Testers are usually held by developers or product designers.This situation will often lead to unsatisfactory quality of the software.Under such circumstances,third-party software assessment agencies gradually developed in the IT industry.Guaranteeing the quality of software products is the main responsibility of third-party assessment agencies.In the knowledge-intensive software testing industry,talent competition is more intense.How to construct,maintain and dynamically adjust the manpower management organization system by third-party assessment organizations to effectively motivate software test engineers is one of the most important issues that need to be solved.However,the research results of the performance systems of third-party software testing industry in China are still relatively less.This article takes ZX third-party software evaluation technology center as the research object,analyzes the organization structure of the center personnel,uses the relevant performance appraisal theory combined with the management characteristics of the software testing project,tries to establish an employee performance appraisal system that suits the current development status of the center.This paper plans to use literature review methods to interpret the relevant theoretical foundations in the field of performance management and in-depth analysis of the establishment of the evaluation indicators of ZX third-party assessment center testers,the implementation process and the feedback of testers on the assessment solution.Combining the current development stage of the center,organizational structure and the characteristics of software testing,targeting testers,including test engineers,test team leaders,test managers,and other roles,using the target management method,key indicator method,self-assessment method,PDCA cycle.The design of performance indicators makes performance assessment more specific,accurate and targeted.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to stratify the testing indicators,construct assessment indicators suitable for different responsibilities of testers,and implement the performance assessment process.Finally,it analyzes the established heart assessment system,selects a number of testers to conduct actual assessments,analyzes the assessment results to further verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the performance system,adjusts and improves the problems exposed in the process,and finally forms a new performance assessment system.
