Design And Implementation Of Government Procurement Management System Based On JAVA EE

The thesis is based on the object-oriented design and implementation of the system .The information technology used in government procurement and completed the key step from paper to electronic.The thesis describes the system user groups based on RBAC theoretical model and divided the system users to buying agent, supplier, agency and evaluation expert. And then listed the demand of the roles, and describes the demand of Agreement Order, E-Reverse Auction, E-bidding.According to the three-tier architecture, it divided the system into presentation layer, functional layer, data layer, and designed the Agreement Order module, E-Reverse Auction module, E-bidding module, E-contract module, System Management module, completed the Overall hierarchical graph of system. Performed the circuit of Agreement Order module, E-Reverse Auction module, E-bidding module, increased the functions of random or specified agency, extraction the expert from the interface and use the digital key. It analyzed the entity, showed the conceptual design of database by E-R diagram, and showed the logical design by procurement list, bid opening list, bid announcement list.The thesis described the logic of E-Reverse Auction's realize and E-bidding's realize, showed the Implementation of system classes, and listed the configuration item. Finally , it done the functional testing and performance testing, get the result which is the system is meet the needs of the government procurement business by testing result and the system operational status.
