Objective :From the point of view of clinical observation to make objective evaluation of the treatment of Turtle probing needling Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.And to gave essential basis for hunting the effective. Methods of treatment on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis In clinic. All this conduced to better application and spreading in clinic.Methods:All 60 cases of Patients with from Scapulohumeral Periarthritis came from acupuncture clinic or in-patient ward of the jilin province hospital of the Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine.60 cases was randomly divided into the treatment group(Turtle probing needling )and the control group(electro-acupuncture group),eath took 30 cases.As to the treatment group,the master points included jianqian jianhou ashixue jianyu.Method:after routine sterilization on the acupuncture point ,patients are treated with5(28th) chun long filiform needles. After routine sterilization on the acupuncture points,the acupuncture needles were drawn back to skin, and oblique needling at many directions, then deepen acupuncture needles. Acupuncture needles were stayed to the point of binao with electric acupuncture machine(G6805)The point of routine electricacupuncturegroup werethe same to the green turtle searching and boring acupuncture group After ,electric acupuncture machin(eG6805) was used. Continuous were was selected, and frequency was 1.5～3.0Hz, This treatment last 30min.The patients in both groups were treated on alternate days.10 treatments were 1 course of treatment. Curative effects were observed after 1 course of treatment. The patients were quantized by pain rating index, combined with clinical symptoms and objective signs.Results:As to the treatment group,there was14male Patients and 16femalePatients And the average age was 50.33士5.1935 years'old. And that number was10,20,and51.73士5.0414 in the electro-acupuncture group. There was no significant difference In the gender,mean age and course of diseases(P>0.05).This showed that there was comparability between the control group and the treatment group .For the index before therapy, statistic analyses showed that there was no Significant difference between,between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).As to the curative effect comparison ,the paparently Progressed patients,the Progressed Patients .improved Patients and inefficient Patients In the treatment group was 10,12,8 and o,this number in the control group Was 4,10,16and 0 respectively. The cure rate and apparently effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 73.3% and 46.7% respectively. The curative effect in the control group was better than that in the control group by Ridit analysis(P<0.05).This illustrated that the curative effection patients with scapulohumeral Periarthritis by the method of Turtle probing needling was better than that by the method of the electro-acupuncture group.Conclusion:Turtle probing needling at point shoulder tri-needles combined with electroacupuncture was applied to dredge the Partial qi and blood activate blood analgesia relax adhesion and improve the ROM. the Clinical Effect better than the effect of the electro-acupuncture group.In one word,the treatment of Turtle probing needling with electro-acupuncture at point shoulder tri-needles was an operable method in clinic.
