Relieve Pain For The Patients With Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Of Prophase Adhesion

Objective:This thesis study on clinical effect of Ashi points Sihua needling method. Clinical study on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of prophase adhesion patients by pricking method of Ashi points Sihua needling method, scientific evaluation of clinical effect of Ashi points Sihua needling method, provide the basis for the promotion of it.Methods:It takes randomize and comparison as the principles of clinical trials. One hundred and twenty patients of Acupuncture rehabilitation of Sichuan2nd hospital of TCM, teaching hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and Sichuan Provincial Hospital Department of orthopedics who suffer from scapulohumeral Periarthristis and according with the Diagnose standards will be divided into two groups, sixty patients each group. These patients of two groups accept different treatment.The treatment group including60patients takes Ashi points Sihua needling method; the control group including60patients takes the treatment of traditional acupuncture.Both two treatments compare with therapy scheme.A simplified McGill pain questionnaire items as the main outcome measures, and the observation results were analyzed statistically, and get the final conclusion.Results:The group Ashi points Sihua needling method has better effect on easing pain than that of the group of traditional acupuncture.There is no notable difference on instant effect of relieving pain between two therapies. After finish all the treatment, the group Ashi points Sihua needling method markedly effective rate (93.1%) was significantly higher than the control group (82.8%), after testing the P<0.05, there were significant differences in the efficacy of two groups.Conclusion:1.Ashi points Sihua needling method and ordinary acupuncture method in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of prophase adhesion can significantly reduce the pain of patients.2.After the same time of treatmentAshi points Sihua needling method compared with ordinary acupuncture has better analgesic effect;the onset time is shorter, and the therapy of high safety, easy operation, easy to be accepted by the patients.3.Clinical results, Ashi points Sihua needling method for treatment of Scapulohumeral periarthritis of prophase adhesion has good effect and efficiency.For the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis (prophase adhesion) provides a new method and train of thought, worthy of application and promotionin clinical.
