Closed Release Acupotomology Chinese Minimally Invasive Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee Of The Cost-effectiveness Evaluation

Keen osteoarthritis (KOA) is one of the most common diseases in the elderly population. In 2000, the result of the fifth census in our country showed that our country had been going into aging society. Various studies and reports demonstrated that KOA had increasingly been common and frequent disease, which threatening the human's health, especially the old people's. It not only affected on the work and life of patients, and severely reduced the life quality of patients.since 90s of last century, Ministry of Health, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and other ministries, have screened a large number of relatively mature suitable health technology and clinical operation regulations, which had promoted and used in rural areas. The application and promotion of the various suitable health technology projects have resolved lots of problems in rural health and received large society benefits. The evaluation of inclusion and the evaluation of promotion efficacy are always the research focuses of suitable health technology projects.The needle scalpel close loosening therapy used in KOA treatment will be the object in this study. Whether the therapy is fit for the inclusion criteria of suitable health technology projects, the study will evaluate it from the aspect of the cost efficacy evaluation.The joint clear operation under knee arthroscopic was chosen as the control group in this study. Literature study was adopted in control group; on the other hand, investigation was adopted in treatment group.The analysis of the cost efficacy evaluation shows that:cost of every patient in treatment group and control group are respectively 5623.17 yuan and 6316.50 yuan, which means the cost of treatment group is lower than control group. When using the absolute difference value of Lysholm score as the effect index, the value of treatment group and control group are 45.60 and 34.13 respectively, and its cost effectiveness ratio are 123.32 and 185.07 respectively. Otherwise, when using relative difference of the Lysholm score as the effect index, the value of treatment group and control group are 65.92 and 60.77 respectively, and its cost-effectiveness ratio are 85.30 and 103.94 respectively. No matter which value is used as the effect index, the therapeutic effect and the cost effectiveness ratio of treatment group is considered better than control group. As a result, from t the aspect of the cost efficacy evaluation, the needle scalpel close loosening therapy is considered having the value of promotion.
