Objective:to observe the penetration acupuncture treatment of refractory peripheral facial paralysis of clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of clinical cases in line with the inclusion criteria,blind randomly divided into two groups to conduct clinical observation.①ipsilateral treatment group from the Taiyang penetrating Dicang,②Yangbai thoroughly Sizhukong,③Jiache vehicles Dicang penetrating,④Yangbai Yuyao through the waist,⑤Sibai Jingming out thoroughly,⑥to Dicang through Yingxiang. Distribution Point: Cengjiang,Jiarenzhong,Xiaguan,Quanliao, Qianzheng, Yifeng, Fengchi, with contralateral Hegu and bilateral Taichong. Check ipsilateral acupoints control group:Yangbai,Cuanzhu,Sizhukong,Sibai, Yingxiang,and Dicang,Chengjiang,Renzhong,Xiaguan,Quanliao,Jiache,Qianzheng, Yifeng,Fengchi,with contralateral Hegu and bilateral Taichong. Both groups were on the 30th with filiform needle acupuncture,the needle was left after the gas 30-40min,acupuncture at the same time,the TDP affected local irradiation 30-40min,to the local skin flushing,a warm feeling for the degree without scalding;Acupuncture After Yangbai,Sibai,three points to Dicang every Kang Shih Moxibustion Department,each three-Zhuang;and then in the ipsilateral facial cupping law applied flash tank law,repeatedly,until the skin flushing.Treatment time of 10 days is a course of treatment,not more than three treatment courses (30 days). Of two groups of patients before and after treatment compared symptoms,and to carry out comparison between the two groups.Results:The overall penetration efficacy of the treatment group was superior to ordinary acupuncture control group. Treatment group clinical total effective rate was 96.7%,control group,the total effective rate was93%,by Ridit analysis,two sets of efficacy with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The penetration acupuncture needle treatment of refractory peripheral facial paralysis efficacy is significant.
