Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of penetration needling of points(treatment group)and routine acupuncture(control group)in the treatment of acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis, this paper provides a basis for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods:Patients who choose to attend a special acupuncture clinic and the first contact hospital ward of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese medicine will be treated between December 2018 and December 2019.According to the diagnostic criteria of acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis, the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the experiment,66 cases were selected to be included. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group,33 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received basic treatment with conventional western medicine(prednisone acetate tablets and mecobalamin tablets),and the treatment group adopted penetration needling of points method, with the main points selected as acupoints: four penetration of Yangbai(needle Shangxin,Touwei,Cuanzhu,Sizhukong),three penetration of the Dicang(through to Chengqi,Xianguan,Jiache),Taiyang penetration of the ground Dicang,Jiache penetration of the ground Dicang.Chengjiang penetration of the ground Dicang. The above points are taken from the affected side.Hegu is taken from the healthy side.In the control group, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy edited by du yuanhao was used to treat the points of peripheral facial nerve paralysis:yangbai, sibai, liao, buccal car, dicang, yifeng and hegu(hegu took the healthy side and the rest of the affected side).Patients in both groups received acupuncture once a day for 5consecutive days of treatment,2 days of rest, and 14 days of one course of treatment for a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, patients were graded by House-Brackmann facial nerve function and Portmann score, and the degree of facial nerve damage in the facial disability index(FDI)scale was recorded, and the improvement of symptoms in the acute phase of peripheral facial paralysis was statistically analyzed. Results: None of the patients fell off during the treatment period, and a total of 66 cases were eventually completed. The results of the study are as follows:(1)Before starting treatment, the general data of the patient(gender, age, side of illness, course of disease)were analyzed statistically, and the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)After two courses of treatment,4 cases were cured in the treatment group,20 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,0 cases were dropped, and the total effective rate reached 90.9%;1 case was cured in the control group,7 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective, and invalid There were 5 cases and 0 cases of shedding. The total effective rate reached 84.8%.The efficacy of the two groups was compared by rank sum test,P = 0.000 <0.05,the difference in the efficacy of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant, the total effective rate of the two groups of data was chi-square test,X2 = 16.098,P = 0.001 <0.05,it can be considered The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(3)Comparative statistical analysis of H-B grading score,Portmann score and score of facial disability index(FDI)scale in the two groups before and after treatment showed that P < 0.05 was obtained,so the differences were statistically significant, and the curative effect after treatment is better than before treatment.(4)After treatment, the H-B grading score,Portmann score, and the score of facial disability index(FDI)scale among the groups were compared and statistically analyzed, and P < 0.05 was obtained. Therefore, the differences are statistically significant, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The results showed that penetration needling of points therapy for acute peripheral facial paralysis and conventional acupuncture therapy for acute peripheral facial paralysis had curative effects on acute peripheral facial paralysis, and penetration needling of points group was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture group. The treatment of peripheral facial nerve palsy is safe and effective in the acute phase, and the operation is simple and safe, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
