| Objective:Through observing of acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping in treating intractable facial paralysis clinical curative effect for clinical treatment of the disease, to provide more effective treatment methods.Method:Selected60intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, acupuncture at Baihui, contralateral motor area2/5, diseased side acupuncture at YangBai, SiBai, QuanLiao, DiCang, XiaGuan, YiFeng acupoint; Contralateral acupuncture YangBai, SiBai, such as Quanliao acupoint;After the needle, blood letting and cupping therapy in the paretic; Control group,acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy.Acupuncture paretic Yangbai, Sibai, Quanliao, YiFeng and other points.Observation of two methods for treatment outcome differences.Results:Comparison of curative effect of two groups, the treatment group total effective rate93.3%, control group, the total efficiency of83.3%.Comparison of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the two groups before and after treatment by clinical criteria, there are significant differences, and on intractable facial paralysis caused by the complications (hemifacial spasm, muscle atrophy, paraphilia, facial Run dynamic) are improved, the treatment group was superior to control group, statistical significance.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy on intractable facial paralysis curative effect, significantly improve symptoms.This method is fully in the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the disease has been long intractable facial paralysis, can further shorten the course of treatment, improve the cure rate, definite curative effect, convenient operation, suitable for all levels of hospitals to use, for the treatment of intractable facial paralysis to provide more effective methods. |
