The Study Of Clinical Therapy On The Intractable Facial Muscle Paralysis By Facial Lifting And Kneading Tendons Combined With Abdominal Four Points Warming Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of facial lifting,pinching and pushing tendons combined with four points warming acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical research of intractable facial paralysis in the future.Methods:64 patients who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria,The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was treated with facial lifting,pinching and pushing tendons combined with warm acupuncture at four points of abdomen.The control group was given conventional acupuncture.Ten times were one course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the changes of neurological function score,grade and facial nerve function H-B scale were evaluated in the two groups before and after treatment.To observe the clinical effect of the two groups,and to explore the mechanism of facial lifting,pinching and pushing tendons combined with abdominal four point warming acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Results:1.Comparison of the curative effect with each method among different groups in before and after treatment.After the treatment,The scores of facial nerve function,grade and facial nerve function H-B scale were evaluated and compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).The difference is statistically significant?The results showed that the symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment.2.Comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups after the end of treatment.After the treatment,The scores of facial nerve function integral,grade and facial nerve function H-B were respectively evaluated,and the two groups were compared,all of which were P <0.05,and the difference was of statistical significance.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group after treatment.3.The comprehensive curative effect of the two groups after treatment wascompared.The conclusion of the study shows that,the total effective rate in the treatment group(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%).Conclusions:Conventional acupuncture and facial pinching and massage combined with abdominal four point warming acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively treat intractable facial paralysis.The clinical effect of facial lifting,pinching and pushing tendons combined with abdominal four points warming acupuncture in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis is better than that of conventional acupuncture alone.
