Objective:Subacute thyroiditis is a viral infection-related self-limiting thyroiditis.It is common in the endocrine system diseases.Chinese tradional medicine treatment is on the positive effects of this disease.This research is to observe the treatment of Qinggan Xiaoying Prescription to Subacute thyroiditis certified of Smothery liver,and to Lay the foundation for clinical and experimental research.Methods:Guided by the theory of Chinese tradional medicine,integrating medicine on history,experience and prescription card application administration, combining with practical experience of clinical instructors.This research systematically expounded the incidence of inflammation methylene profile characteristics of pathogenesis,diagnosis and gave a treatment drugs for clinical diagnosis and treatment provide the basis for this disease.According to《Modern Diagnosis And Treatment Of Thyroid Disease》, 62 suitable cases of patients were selected,whom were randomly divided into test group and control group.32 patients in test group was treated with Qinggan Xiaoying Prescription and low-dose prednisone,while 30 patients in control group was treated with prednisone tablets.4 weeks was a course of treatment,1 or 2 courses was observated.Summary of each group before and after treatment effects were observed in serum FT3,FT4,TSH,ESR indexes and clinical improvement after treatment time,side effects and recrudescent rates comparison.Results:Qinggan Xiaoying Prescription has a significant improvement in patients with Subacute thyroiditis.Compare between the total efficiency of the two groups,experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05),especially in the shorter cooling time,goiter regression time,reduce the time for pain obviously better than the control group(P＜0.05).Qinggan Xiaoying Prescription can improve the level of thyroid hormone.Side effects of western medicine in reducing the incidence and recurrence rate was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:This clinical trial systematically expounded the incidence,the profile characteristics of pathogenesis,diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis and giving of treatment drugs for clinical diagnosis and treatment.The clinical trial showed that the treatment of Qinggan Xiaoying Prescription has reliable efficacy and less reactions,it is worth further research..
