Clinical Study Of Wenyang Xiaoying Prescription On The Treatment Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Subacute Thyroiditis In Hypothyroidism

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect,safety and possible mechanism of Wenyang Xiao Ying prescription on the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency subacute thyroiditis in hypothyroidismMethodCollected up to the standard of Chinese and western medicine into the spleen in patients with kidney Yang deficiency type hypothyroidism SAT data of 70 cases,the sample cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group given levothyroxine sodium tablets(50 ug per piece,the starting dose 50 ug daily)oral,treatment group with oral explored eliminate gall party granules(daily 1 agent,warm water in the morning and evening a blunt 200 ml).4 weeks was one course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,and the patients were followed up for 4 weeks after the treatment was stopped.The TCM syndrome scores and therapeutic effects of the samples in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were observed.FT3,FT4,TSH,CRP and ESR of the patients before and after clinical treatment were monitored,and the corresponding conclusions were obtained through statistical analysis.Results1.Compared with before treatment,after treatment,FT3,FT4 and TSHin the treatment group and the control group were all significantly improved,P<0.05.2.After treatment,ESR and CRP of patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly better than before(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.At the 4th week of follow-up after drug withdrawal,the score of TCM symptoms of patients in the treatment group and the control group was P<0.05,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The application of wenyang xiaoying prescription in the treatment of SAT patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in hypothyroidism stage can relieve the patients' thyroid pain,make the goiter subside,and effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms.2.This prescription can effectively improve the laboratory indexes of FT3,FT4,TSH,ESR and CRP,so as to effectively control the disease.3.The formula has no obvious toxic and side effects and is safe,so it can be popularized in clinical treatment.
