Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis By Xiaoying Zhitong Powder

Objective: Through the randomized controlled clinical study,the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Xiaoying Zhitong Powder topical treatment of subacute thyroiditis(heat poisoning syndrome)is effective and safe for the disease.Methods:66 patients were divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to the standard subacute thyroiditis(heat poisoning syndrome).33 cases in the control group were given oral gall pain soup;the treatment group of 33 cases,on the basis of the control group at the same time to be depressed anal pain scattered paste bilateral thyroid.Two groups of treatment were 4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment,8 weeks after the end of treatment follow-up.The changes of clinical symptoms such as clinical symptoms,work rate,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and thyroid ultrasonography were evaluated before and after treatment,and the incidence and recurrence rate of hypothyroidism were confirmed by follow-up.The experimental data were analyzed by Spass21.0.Results:The effect: the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.01),the total effective rate of treatment group 96.97%,control group total effective rate was 80.65%,by statistical analysis showed that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the thyroid function before and after therapy,thyroid after treatment function of two groups of patients were improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group in improving thyroid function is better than the control group(P<0.05)before and after treatment;the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein showed that two groups of red blood cell counter Drop rate,C reactive protein were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but the change of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);comparison of thyroid pain score,two groups compared with before treatment were improved in treatment group(P<0.01),but the onset time is earlier than the control group(P< 0.01)the temperature.To improve the situation,goiter,comparison of body temperature returned to normal time,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01),a short description of Xiaoying Zhitong powder can shorten the heating time;the two groups after treatment of goiter was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group of the thyroid gland to improve the situation Better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypothyroidism treatment group 9.09%,control group the incidence of hypothyroidism is 16.12%,hypothyroidism treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusions:Xiaoying Zhitong powder can improve the patients with subacute thyroiditis thyroid swelling,fever and other symptoms and signs,can accelerate the thyroid function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein and laboratory recovery,may reduce the late hypothyroidism,play local treatment advantage,for patients with subacute thyroiditis and provide a feasible and effective Chinese medicine,safe and low-cost treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
