| Objective:Clinical observation of the collected cases,the observation is on the therapeutic effect of subacute thyroiditis(heat poisoning syndrome)by Xiaoying Zhitong Powder,for instance the improve of abnormal changs of thyroid,signs of clinical symptoms and laboratory index,in the meantime,we need a summary analysis which is on the effectiveness and security of the treatment by Xiaoying Zhitong Powder.Methods:The 66 cases of subacute thyroiditis(heat poisoning syndrome)who are consistent with this study are divided into two group,they are from the affiliated hospital endocrinology department ward and clinic of he nan university of traditional Chinese medicine in May 2017 to January 2018,there are 33 cases in the treatment group and the control group,the control group was given oral gall pain soup,on the basis of the control group at the same time,the treatment group was given a clear area of pain in the neck pain(living acupoint)by Xiaoying Zhitong Powder,The course of treatment is four weeks,and we look at that the improvement of diseased region such as thyroid width and thickness,hypoechoic region abnormal arterial blood flow signal(low fiow resistance),total score of TCM syndrome and the score of the main TCM syndromes such as gall pain,fever,thyroid function,ESR,CRP,MIP-1α,Follow-up was performed after 8 weeks of treatment on the incidence hypothyroidism groups occurrence rate and recurrence rate.Statistical analysis was performed using Spass 22.0.Results:1.Comparison of observation indexes before and after treatment,(1)Thyroid width and thickness comparison:Both the treatment group and the control group were obviously improved in thyroid width and thickness,(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference,treatment group recovered significantly from control group,(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference.(2)The recovery of hypoechoic region abnormal arterial blood flow signal(low flow resistance)before and after treatment was compared,both groups showed significant improvement after the treatment of hypoechoic region abnormal arterial blood flow signal(low flow resistance),but the treatment group was shorter than the control group,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference.(3)The results of total score of TCM syndrome and the score of the main TCM syndromes such as gall pain,fever before and after treatment suggests:both groups showed the total score of TCM syndrome and the score of the main TCM syndromes such as gall pain,fever both reduce,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference,at the same time the reduction of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group,(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference(4)The results of thyroid function before and after treatment suggests:both groups showed significant improvement in thyroid function after the treatment,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference.but treatment group was superior to control group in improving thyroid function,(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference.(5)ESR and MIP-1α results suggest:both groups showed significant improvement after the treatment of ESR and MIP-1α,(P<0.01),that hints there is a significant statistical difference.but the treatment group was superior in curative effect,(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference.(6)The results of c-reactive protein before and after treatment showed:both groups showed iimprovement after the treatment of c-reactive protein,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference,but the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving c-reactive protein,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference.2 Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and time required were compared before and after treatment.(1)Thyroid pain score and pain were compared,both groups showed significant improvement after the treatment of the pain,but the treatment group was early working time than the control group,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference(2):The temperature stabilization time is shown:the treatment group was shorter than the control group in the temperature stabilization time,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference.3 Curative effect:the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the total effective rate of treatment group is 96.88%,control group is90.00%,the score of gall pain and fever after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group respectively is 93.75%,93.75%,control group respectively is 60%,63.33%,analysis and processing of statistical data,(P<0.01),there is a significant statistical difference.4 Follow-up results showed:the treatment group hypothyroidism occurrence rate is 6.25%,the control group is 13.33%,the treatment group was more low.Conclusion:Xiaoying Zhitong Powder can significantly improve disease side thyroid width and thickness,reducing the time of he recovery of hypoechoic region(low flow resistance)abnormal blood flow signal.Alleviate fever and gall pain of traditional chinese medcine,significantly improve CRP,ESR,MIP-1αand thyroid function,shorten the
