Interrupted Suture Plus Consumer Hemorrhoid Injection Treatment Of Rectal Protrusion In Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the therapeutics to rectocele with the treatment operation interrupted suture plus injection xiaozhiling.Methods: The 60 cases with rectocele were divided into 2 groups: Patients in group 1(30 cases) received the treatment of interrupted suture plus injection xiaozhiling ,and patients in group 2(30 cases) received the treatment of transvaginal incision mucosa and repair. Study the 2 groups in cure-rate,operational time and blood, postoperational blood, pain, infection and curative period.Result: The operational time and blood, postoperational pain,infection and curative period in group 1 are superior to the group 2, and have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment in rectocele with interrupted suture plus injection xiaozhiling has the strong points of more simplicity, effectiveness, fewer blood, less pain, lower infection and shorter postoperational curative period in comparison with the treatment with transvaginal incision mucosa and repair.
