Clinical Evaluation Of STARR Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectocele

Purpose : To observe the anorectal resection(STARR surgery) combined Xiaozhiling rectal injection therapy protrusion(III degree) clinical efficacy.Material and method:10 cases were diagnosed in our hospital for rectocele(III) patients were treated by Stapled transanal rectal resection(STARR) surgery combined with Xiaozhiling injection, through small kaitu- curved cutter stapler selective resection of protrusion of rectal mucosa and submucosa of parts and anastomosis, anastomotic again in around the point injection of 1:1 solution(Xiaozhiling injection and lidocaine 0.5% 1:1 solution), Routine anti- inflammatory and symptomatic treatment. By own control method, according to the "Chinese medicine anorectal syndrome diagnostic efficacy standards" for assessment of efficacy, postoperative complications and treatment effect after half a year follow-up analysis. Clinical data were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0 statistical software.Results:Application of this method of treatment of 10 cases of sudden Ⅲ rectal former patients, 7 cases recovered after treatment, markedly effective in two cases, one case of effective, ineffective 0 cases. No significant postoperative complications after discharge after six months of follow-up, recurrence 0 cases. Surgical total efficiency of 100.0%, satisfactory overall results.Conclusion : Clinical application STARR surgery with Xiaozhiling injection therapy degree III rectocele significant effect than the traditional surgical method, the simple operation, trauma, hospitalization time was significantly shortened, no significant complications, no recurrence during the postoperative follow-up, worthy of promotion.
