The currenttreatment of rectocele were divided into the conservative treatment andoperation treatment, for, severe rectocele patients should be to solve theoperation treatment of rectovaginal septa weak problem fundamentally.Purpose： Observed in the TST for the treatment of xiaozhi spirit injection,severe rectal clinical curative effect of the former.Material and method：The clinical choice of rectocele (II, III degree)in22cases, using TST plus Xiaozhiling injection operation method, postoperative routine dressing, anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatment,the control method of thepreoperative postoperative curative effect comparison.Results：The treatment of22cases of patients with severe rectocele, theoperationmethod of TST plus Xiaozhiling injection, the results of21caseswere cured(95.45%),1cases (4.54%). Postoperative follow-up of3months, no relapse in1cases patients. Through clinical observation, this operationthe effective rate was100%, the treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion：The operation method of TST plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment ofsevere rectocele, has the advantages of simple operation, less injury, pain,quick recovery, while ensuring the efficacy of lower cost, more easily accepted by patients. The effect of operation for postoperative significantly, can be first choice for treatment, severe rectocele, suitable for all physicians widespread clinical application and further study.
