Clinical Observation Of RPH Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectocele

Objective: To observe the RPH combined injections before Xiaozhiling rectocele induced constipation in clinical therapy.Materials and methods: According to the principles of experimental design of randomized parallel-group, will from March 2014 to November 2014 at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital, 60 patients with moderate and moderate or severe constipation caused rectocele Female patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group 30 cases. RPH surgical treatment group received combined Xiaozhiling injection combination therapy; the control group received before transrectal closed rectocele repair(Block surgery) treatment. Two groups of patients for symptom improvement after surgery, postoperative pain(VASscore), blood loss, postoperative complications(postoperative infection, bleeding, anal function), discharge time and other metrics.Result: 1. The treatment group and the control group after surgery treatment achieved a good clinical efficacy, no significant differences in postoperative symptoms, was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). 2. Postoperative pain treatment group was significantly lower than the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05). 3. The treatment group blood loss was significantly less than the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05). 4. There was no significant difference in postoperative infection, bleeding, anal function and other complications, no statistical significance(P> 0.05). 5. Discharge treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1. RPH Xiaozhiling injection combined with surgical methods of combination therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of constipation caused by sudden rectal. 2. RPH Xiaozhiling combined injection of combination therapy in patients with surgical methods can significantly reduce postoperative pain. 3. RPH Xiaozhiling injection combined with surgical methods of combination therapy can significantly reduce the patient’s bleeding. 4. RPH Xiaozhiling injection combined with surgical methods of combination therapy with transrectal closed rectocele repair(Block surgery) were not significant postoperative complications. 5. RPH Xiaozhiling injection combined with surgical methods of combination therapy can significantly shorten the hospital stay of patients.
