Pph Surgery Plus Xiaozhiling Injection Treatment Of Rectal Protrusion In Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutics to rectocele with PPH in addition to Xiaozhiling Injection.Methods:A randomized study was made in 60 patients,the study group(30cases) received the treatment of PPH in addition to Xiaozhiling Injection,the control group(30cases) received the treatment of transvaginal incision mucosa and repair.Study the treated effect, operative time,bleeding of the operative process,the operative bleeding postoperative,anus pain and to break and distend,the operative POI postoperative and raw surface heal time of the 2 groups.Results:Score on symptom was lower in the study group than before treatment.The treated effect of the 2 groups was not different.The bleeding of the operative process,anus pain,the operative time and raw surface heal time in the 2 groups had significant difference.(P＜0.05)Conclusion:PPH in addition to Xiaozhiling Injection is a more convenient and active therapeutics to rectocele.This therapeutics is convenient and utility.The bleeding of the operative process is insufficiency.Distress is little and raw surface heal time is short.
