Clinical Observation Of RPH Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Severe Rectocele

Objective: Clinical observation of the treatment of severe rectocele by RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection,RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection has good curative effect on severe rectocele.Methods: A total of 72 patients diagnosed with severe rectocele were collected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with RPH and Xiaozhiling injection,and the control group was treated with Block combined with Xiaozhiling injection.Compare postoperative outcomes,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative anal fall,postoperative wound infection,and postoperative wound healing time.Results: The symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment.There was no significant difference in the treatment effect and postoperative bleeding,postoperative infection and postoperative anal bulge between the two groups(P>0.05).However,in the postoperative pain,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative wound healing time,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Block surgery,RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection has the advantages of simple operation,less pain,less bleeding,shorter wound healing time and lower infection rate.It is worth further clinical promotion.
