Treatment Of Rectocele By Automatic Elastic Thread Ligation Combine With Xiaozhiling Injection

Objective Observing and evaluate the clinical efficacy of automatic elastic thread ligation combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of rectocele provides a new method for clinical treatment of Rectocele.Methods 90 female patients with severe rectocele were randomly divided into treatment group(n= 30)and observation group(n = 30).30 patients in the treatment group were treated with automatic elastic thread ligation combined with xiaozhiling injection,30 patients in the control group A were treated with Block,and 30 patients in the control group B were treated with Block combined with Xiaozhiling.The operative hospitalization,total effective rate,postoperative complications and symptom scores after 1 month and 3 months of operation were compared among the three groups.Results The symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and there is no significant difference in postoperative bleeding,postoperative infection and postoperative anal distension among these three groups.however,in terms of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative curative effect and postoperative symptom score,the treatment group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Block,automatic elastic thread ligation combined with xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of moderate and severe rectocele has the advantages of simple operation,less pain,less bleeding and low infection,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
