Blood Circulation Method Treatment Of Endometriosis Disease In The Hormone And Related Factors,

Endometriosis is a kind of disease which disturbs the patients' life quality seriously.Its main clinlcal syndromes are gradually dysmenorrhea,irregular menstruation,sterility,ect.The epidemiological survey shows that its incidence rate has been rising these recent years.Endometriosis has become one of the common gynecopathy.In view of the idea that endometriosis is caused by the blood parting from the meridian,which belongs to blood stagnation,and on the basis of clinical experiments that pathologic characteristic of the female is more weakness,more blood stasis,more temper depression and the study progress of modern medicine on endometriosis,my adviser professor Li Guangrong made an overall analysis of symptoms and signs according to theory of TCM and invented two prescriptions for endometriosis: which caused by blood stasis due to pathogenic cold with GuiFu capsule, by blood stasis resulting from stagnation of Qi with Li Qi capsule. The curative effect in clinical observation is satisfactory.Meanwhile we still have carried out animal experimental study in order to explain the effect mechanism of GuiFu and LiQi capsule.Clinical observation result:The two capsules can regular the patient's menstruation,reduce dysmenorrhea obviously,contract the enlarged uterus,and the LiQi capsule is more effective on Chocolate cyst.The synthetic curative effect of clinical evalation:the complete recover and improve rate is 49.23%;the total utility rate is 90.77%.Laboratory examination:Both of the capsules can lower the level of E2 and P in the blood; increase the activity of NK cells;restrain the production of EMAb;improve the blood stream;and the level of CA125 is descending following the remission of the patient's condition.The results of experiment demonstrate:GuiFu and LiQi capsule can lower the content of ER and PR in ectopia endometrium;raise the activity of NK cells;restrain the generation of VEGF.Those suggest that the two capsules both can control the growth of ectopica endometrium by regularing patient's endocrine.At the same time,they both increase the activity of NK cells to reinforce the effect of getting rid of the ectopia endometrium.The experimental results of GuiFu and LiQi capsule are close to those of Danazol.
