In the part of animal tests :01d animal modles of 15-18month old SD female rat were made and divided into different groups: 1. young placebo group; 2. old placebo group; 3. Qingjing capsule in higher dosage; 4. Qingjing capsule in lower dosage; 5. Gujing pill group. Through observed and the studied the changes in sexual hormone, receptor, pathological structure of ovary and uterus; programmed cell death, etc. Researched and analysed the effect on reproductive endocrine system about Qingjing capsule and understood the influence on early period with Chinese herbs. Results:QingJing capsule had a obvious efficiency in improving and regulating cycle and TCM symptoms. It can substract the BT, CT, higherPLT, prolong Lutein period; regulating and increase the vaginal keratinized cell index, ovary uterus index, the amount of follicle, vascular production of ovary, regulate and protect the reproductive ability of ovary, improve and protect the nomal structure of endometrium, avoid it' s atrophy, decrease granulosa-corpus cell Caspase-3 expression, inhibit the cells of reproductive organs death, regulate the PR of uterus, FSHR of ovary positively to different degree, enhance the sensibility and reaction with hormone.ConclusionrQingJing capsule can thrapy the early period, improve the lutein ability, it is safe and convenient. It can regulate the level of serum sexual hormone, regulate effectively the H-P-Q-A of female climacteric rat to different change and regulate endometrium' s normal tissue structure and morphology, enhance the amount of receptor and it' s sensibility with hormone. Form the animal experients and clinical treatment mentioned obove, all results showed these function might be embodied through a comprehensive effort of different systems, divergent level.
