Expresstion Of VEGF In Plasma Of ACS Patients Affected By Compound Lumbrical Capsule

Objective: Investigation of the expression of VEGF in plasma of ACS patients who have receive the treatment of intervention and non-intervention from beginning to end of usiness of compound lumbrical capsule.Methods: There are 33 patients who are diagnosed as ACS .The male is 16 , the female 17 . The smallest is 41 , the oldest 77 . The average age is 61 . The patients are classified three groups . Those are common western medicine group , common western medicine and intervention group , common western nedicine and compound lumbrical capsule group . To study expressions of VEGF in plasma in every group in front and behind of application of compound lumbrical capsule , we choose the method of t-test.Result: There are obvious differiences between treatment group , control group and normal group (p<0.05). VEGF in common western medicine and compound lumbrical capsule group after treatment is higher than that in common western medicine group(p<0.05). VEGF in common western medicine and compound lumbrical capsule group after treatment is higher than that in common western medicine and intervention group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Compound lumbrical capsule can increase the expression of VEGF in plasma , induce angiogenesis , build effective collateral circulating and thus rescue the dying myocardium . Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis may improve prognosis of ACS patiences at a specified future date.
