significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).Syk and VEGF levels were positively correlated with RF,CCP,ESR and DAS-28 levels,and HIF-1 levels were positively correlated with RF and DAS-28 levels.Level of TNF alpha RA patients with RF,CCP and positively related to the level of CRP,DAS-28 IL-4 levels and RF,CCP,ESR,DAS-28 level negative correlation(P < 0.05),IL-10 level and RF negative correlation,CCP,DAS-28 level,level of IL-6 and RF,CCP,Ig G,are positively related to the level of the ESR,DAS-28 Syk and TNF alpha,further analysis the RA group are positively related to the level of IL-6 and IL-4,IL-10 negative correlation;VEGF was positively correlated with TNF-and il-6,and negatively correlated with il-4 and il-10.Hif-1 was positively correlated with TNF-and il-6,and negatively correlated with il-4 and il-10.Syk and VEGF levels were positively correlated with joint swelling in RA patients(P<0.05).Joint tenderness was positively correlated with Syk level(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with hif-1 level(P<0.05).Anorexia was positively correlated with the level of Syk and VEGF(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the level of hif-1(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the level of Syk and abdominal distension(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the level of Syk and VEGF(P<0.05).In RA group,psychological function,H A Q level were positively correlated with peripheral blood Syk,VEGF and hif-1 level(P<0.05).Healthy self-knowledge was negatively correlated with hif-1 level(P<0.05).These results suggest that peripheral blood Syk,VEGF and hif-1 levels are also correlated with the living weight of RA patients.3.2.Clinical effect of xinfeng capsule on RA patients After diagnosis and treatment,the total effective rate of patients in both groups was 86.6% in XFC group and 80.0% in LEF group.Compared with LEF group,the total effective rate of patients in XFC group was significantly better than that in LEF group(P<0.05).3.3 effects of XFC on Syk,VEGF and hif-1 levels in RA patients There was no significant difference in the levels of Syk,VEGF and hif-1 between the two groups of RA patients before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of Syk,VEGF and hif-1 in the two groups were improved after treatment.XFC group was significantly better than LEF group(P<0.05).3.4 effects of XFC on TNF-,il-4,il-6 and il-10 levels in RA patients There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-,il-4,il-6 and il-10 between RA patients in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The results of TNF-and il-6 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the mean values of il-4 and il-10 were significantly higher in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with LEF group,TNF-and il-6 levels decreased more significantly in XCF group(P<0.05).Il-4 and il-10 levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).3.5 the effect of XFC on the changes of immune laboratory indicators in RA patients Compared with before treatment,RF,CCP,Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,ESR,CRP,C3,C4 and DAS-28 scores in XFC group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while RF,CCP-AB,ESR,CRP,C3,C4 and DAS-28 scores in LEF group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with LEF group,RF,CCPB,ESR,CRP and DAS-28 scores in XFC group decreased significantly(P<0.05).3.6 influence of XFC on TCM syndrome points in RA patients After treatment,the symptoms of joint tenderness and morning stiffness of RA patients in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of joint heaviness,joint swelling,joint pain,tiredness,lack of breath and speech,loss of appetite,loose stool in both groups were alleviated,and compared with LEF group,XFC group was significantly alleviated(P <0.05).3.7 influence of XFC on quality of life indicators of RA patients There was no significant difference in the quality of life between RA patients in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the quality of life in the two groups after treatment was better than before treatment.In addition to psychological function and healthy self-knowledge,the effect of XFC group was significantly better than that of LEF group(P<0.05).4.Conclusion 4.1.Theoretical studies show treatment principle of rheumatoid arthritis.4.2 Analysis of the Expression Levels,Inflammatory Factors and Correlation of Peripheral Blood Syk and VEGF in RA Patients The expression levels of some intrinsic relationships with inflammatory factors TNF-?,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10;And they are closely related to TCM syndromes,quality of life and symptoms of spleen deficiency.4.3.Effect of Xinfeng Capsule on the Clinical Therapeutic Effect and Indices of RA Patients 4.3.1 Xinfeng Capsule is effective in treating RA,which can control the patient's condition and significantly reduce disease
