With the high speed development of our country economy, the number of electric grid construction project becomes very large in recent year. Then a important problem appear, that is how to make the evaluation to the comprehensive benefits of electric grid construction project.For above problems, in this paper, we give a system instruction to the research background and its research significant, and give a summary to the research achievement the entire world, and find out some shortcoming for our research. In this paper, we make a system forecasting for Qianfangzi electric demand, and make a economic evaluation to the 220KV transformer sudation of Qianfangz. At last of this paper, we setup a comprehensive benefits evaluation index system, and using fuzzy evaluation model gives the comprehensive benefits evaluation results.
