Evaluation On Economical And Social Benefits Of Baotou North To Qi Xia Ying Town Grid Construction Project

Power Project is a broad social and economic infrastructure projects, a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of economic and social benefits on grid construction projects have important practical significance. In this paper, the author combining the specific characteristics of Baotou North to Qi Xia Ying town 500kv power grid construction projects to analyze and evaluate the economic and social aspects of project .In the economic evaluation process, this paper conduct the analysis and evaluation of the project primarily from cash flow estimates, evaluation of financial results and uncertainty analysis. Meanwhile, the paper applies fuzzy AHP of group decision-making to evaluate social benefits of the project. And draw the final conclusion: the construction project is feasible, and can bring the objective of economic and social benefits to Power Grid of Baotou area, West Inner Mongolia.
