| Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation applied in benefits evaluation of forestry project was studied in this article. Above all, it gave a summary of forestry comprehensive benefits evaluation in China and pointed out the problems of research, thus, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was put forward to evaluate the forestry comprehensive benefits. Secondly, the comprehensive benefits evaluation index system was analyzed and designed, on the basis of it, through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the paper established a weight system to show the index weight distribution of ecological and economical forestry. Thirdly, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and forestry features, this study constructed an evaluation model. Last, a case study was used.The study employed the means of integrating theories with practices, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Through a systematic and comprehensive study, the following basic conclusions were drawn. Forest system was a complex and fuzzy one which has kinds of factors and hierarchies, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could be used to evaluate forestry comprehensive benefits. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, provided more abundant information for decision makers and participators, and, was an effective evaluation technique and project management tool. The evaluation result in a certain extent depended on the weight of index. |
