With the trend of reformance,under the atmosphere of "the internet plus",all kinds of business is facing the dilemma of reformance,of course,The public service industry is included.As the represent of the public service industry,the factores are conflicting more sharply when the Power Grid Project is constructing,and the traditional decision-making evaluation model cannot adapt to the reality,so how to make decisions in the process of the Power Grid Construction properly is extremely important.Making the correct decions when the Power Grid is constructing can make the public infrastructure more completely and make people have a sense of gain.In order to solve the promble,study Power Grid Construction Project Decision-making seems essential.Based on the fuzzy multi-objective theory,the article introduct the fuzzy theory,the multi-objective theory and the fuzzy multi-objective theory,and state the concept of fuzzy,fuzzy operator,multi-objective decision-making,the type of multi-objective decision-making and fuzzy multi-objective decision-making's concept and methods in detail.Through looking up the criterion of the power grid,relevant articles and the questionnaires,we can summarize the factors which influences power grid construction project.The article include the factors from four aspects:the economy,the echnique,environmental influence and the social impact,and describe the factors which include in the four aspects in particular.As to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model applying to the Power Grid Construction Project,the article divide three steps to finish:first,determining the factors which having effect on the Power Grid Construction Project;secondly,through relevant questionnaires,using AHP to determine the weight of factors;next,making use of two ways to determine the fuzzy membership functions separately;finanally,applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate,raking every project and choosing the best project.Combined the previous studies and the theories,we can include factors,weights and the fuzzy membership functions when the Power Grid Project is constructing.Taking the example of MH transformer substation construction,the article analyse the factors,the weights and the fuzzy membership functions.Making Use of MATLAB to calculate the weights,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to choose the best method.Through the example,we can demonstrate the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
